What is Anxiety – Stress Anxiety Hypnotherapy

Stress Anxiety Hypnotherapy, Anxiety is when a person feels they are under too much mental or emotional pressure.

Emotional pressure turns into stress when someone feels they can’t cope. People have different ways of reacting to stress, so a situation that feels stressful to one person may be motivating to someone else.

Many of life’s demands can cause stress, particularly work, relationships and money problems. When someone feels stressed, it can get in the way of sorting out these demands, or can even affect everything they do.

Stress can affect how a person feels, thinks, behaves, and how their body works. Common signs of stress include sleeping problems, sweating, loss of appetite and difficulty concentrating.

They may feel anxious, irritable or low in self-esteem, and they may have racing thoughts, constantly worry or go over things in their head. They may notice that they lose their temper more easily, drink more or act unreasonably.

A person suffering stress may also experience headaches, muscle tension or pain, or dizziness.

Anxiety causes a surge of hormones in the body. These stress hormones are released to enable someone to deal with pressures or threats – the so-called “fight or flight” response.

Stress Anxiety Hypnotherapy

Once the pressure or threat has passed, anxiety hormone levels will usually return to normal. However, if someone is constantly under anxiety, these hormones will remain in their body, leading to the symptoms of stress.

Managing stressful situations in daily life

Anxiety is not an illness itself, but it can cause serious illness if it isn’t addressed. It’s important to recognize the symptoms of anxiety early. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of stress will help figure out ways of coping and save a person from adopting unhealthy coping methods, such as drinking or smoking.

There is little someone can do to prevent anxiety, but there are many things they can do to manage stressful situations more effectively, such as learning how to relax,

Studies have found that Stress and Anxiety Hypnotherapy, where participants are taught simple meditations can also help to reduce stress and improve mood.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Stress Anxiety Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that uses hypnosis, which is an altered state of consciousness. At no time during the session, are you in a trance. You are aware of your surroundings. I guide you into a very relaxed state of mind.
Please do not mistake these with cheaper products produced by poorly qualified therapists, this product will induce you into a state of Hypnosis, during this state I will give you some very powerful suggestions enabling you to make positive changes to your life. You must not use theses therapies when driving or operating machinery.
