When someone comes to me for Alcohol dependency

Alcohol dependency Hypnotherapy
Quit now with one session!

hypnotherapy the first question, I always ask them is, what do you enjoy about alcohol or why do you drink. Because if Alcohol dependency hypnotherapy is going to work it is important that my client is being honest with themselves. Thinking about this made me recall a funny memory from my teaching days in Malaysia, I was there teaching psychology and one day one girl in my class asked me if I drank alcohol, as I always believed in being honest with my pupils that indeed I did. Nodding her head, she then asked me why I drank alcohol. Fair question I thought. I told her that sometimes after a hard day at work I might have a glass of vodka, it would help me relax, mind you, I said if I have more than one it can start to make me feel a bit sad, and after two or three I might start talking nonsense and there will be a good chance I might have a headache the next morning.

I felt also that I should tell her some of the risks of alcohol, so I told her that there is a significant risk of becoming addicted or dependent. I also told her of the risk of damaging your liver and how alcohol has been linked to at least seven different types of cancer. She looked at me with a very deep and piercing star and said, “Sir, I asked you why you drank alcohol”.

If like me, you can not answer that question then you need to seriously think about quitting Alcohol dependency hypnotherapy can help you to take back control with just one easy affordable session. I have been a practising hypnotherapist for over 30 years and Alcohol dependency hypnotherapy is one of the more popular therapies that I offer.

The first thing to consider when choosing a hypnotherapist whether for Alcohol dependency hypnotherapy or indeed any other therapy, is the practitioner’s qualifications. Look for a degree qualified mental health care professional — such as a psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, counsellor, social worker, or medical doctor — who is also a hypnotherapist. Unfortunately, there are many therapists advertising Alcohol dependency hypnotherapy and other therapies, who have nothing more than an online qualification, they will usually claim to have either a diploma or certificate in Hypnotherapy, these are not recognised qualifications. You can also ask if they’re affiliated with any professional associations, such as the International Hypnotherapy Association.

If for example, a hypnotist uncovers trauma while doing hypnotherapy, they need to know how to treat trauma. In other words, having the education and training to diagnose and treat mental health conditions,  which only comes from being a degree qualified Psychologist, this is a key component in the success of hypnotherapy and of course your safety.
